Hap and Lena are young, in love, and preparing for a baby. Without the help of their family, they try to do what most adults can't do, make their family work.

When they meet Miss Ruby they learn that family isn't always blood and strangers can be so much more.

Baby (A Laundromat Chronicles Novella)Baby by Angie Merriam
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

After Reading Millionaire and Addict I couldn't wait to read Baby and get Hap and Lena's story. The way Angie has set up this series is uniquely different than anything I have ever read. Each novella is about each person/couple. Hap and Lena found out they are going to be young parents without the help of their family. This is just the beginning of their story and I cannot wait to read Life when they welcome their baby girl.

I'm also really excited to read Jase's story now that we know a little bit more about him.

Release Blitz & Review - Addict by Angie Merriam

The 2nd Book in the Laundromat Chronicles Series is LIVE!

Jewel is the good time girl, until she wakes up in a hospital bed barely alive. Years of drug abuse has left her broken, but Jewel is determined to have a second chance at life.

After intensive rehab she is finally clean and on her own. For the first time in her life she’s independent of men and drugs. When she meets Ruby at the local Laundromat she has no idea how much her life is about to change.

Can Jewel survive the clean life or will her past come back to drown her, proving she's nothing more than an addict?

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This is a great read for those who like short & quick reads with a bit of a dark edge. This is the second book in the series. We are introduced to Jewel in book one bow here in book two we get her side of the story. Shes never had an easy life but shes finally on the right track to take control of her life. During this time she meets Cash. Will he stick by her side or when he finds out about her past walk away?

Looking forward to see where the rest of this series goes and how Cash and Jewels story ends.
