But I’m not. I’m here for one reason and one reason only, and he’s lying here in this hospital room hooked up to the endlessly beeping machines, pumping oxygen and God knows what else in an inane attempt to keep him alive.

This man is the sole survivor of the attack. I wasn’t able to bring him down then, so my task is to bring him down now.

Sliding the curtain around his bed as I step up to him, the metal rings clink along the railing while my heart races in my chest. Killing is something that comes naturally to me. I’ve done it for so long now it's ingrained in me.

I can’t count the number of men I’ve taken out—all in the name of the Seven.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

So I have loved the first 2 books I read by K. E. Osborn and i'm giving this one 4.5 stars. I so wanted to be able to give it 5 stars but for me (and it could just be me) but the first 40 to 50% of the book kind of drug on for me. It was not bad by any means but it was slow going but because I loved this series and wanted to know Stealth's story i kept on reading. Which I am so glad that I did. It does pick up and have you on the edge of your seat and gasping in certain spots because you cannot believe what just happened. This book has left me wanting more.

What happens with Stealth? Does the MC finally figure out who he is? Can he keep up the double life or will he end up breaking and leaving the MC to find out what he really is.

This book can honestly be read as a stand alone but there is a small part of it that you will want to read the first 2 books. (trust me you wont be disappointed)

Skye glides down the hall and spots me.
“Hey handsome, you okay?”
Sighing, I shake my head. “Nope.”
She frowns and grabs my hands facing me. “What’s wrong?”
I don’t even know where to start. How about—I’m infiltrating your clubhouse, and I have to take down the brother’s I’ve grown to love. I miss my kids and wife, and yet somehow I feel like I’m falling for you too, which is only making things harder. I don’t want to betray anyone and yet I feel like, in the end, I’m going to betray everyone. Yeah, how do I explain that?
“I miss my kids,” I choose to tell her instead.
She nods and presses her forehead against mine. “I’m sorry. Is there anything I can do?”
I shrug. “Make my kids appear out of thin air?”
She giggles and nods. “Your wish is my command.”
The bathroom door opens and Jackson walks out. “I’m here.”
Skye backs up and her mouth drops open. “Please tell me that’s not one of yours? ‘Cause if it is, I swear to God I didn’t conjure him up.”
Throwing my head back laughing at the sheer awesome timing of that, I shake my head. “No gorgeous, this is Jackson. He’s Nikita’s kid. I’m watching him for her while she talks to Lookout.”
She slumps her body and nods taking a deep breath. “Oh thank God, ‘cause I thought for a second there that I was doing something I didn’t know I could. You know, super-powers and all that.”
Smiling, I pull her to me and kiss her forehead. “God you’re cute. No, that was just impeccable timing.”
“So I get the whole missing your kids thing now. When you’re finished babysitting, if you want to talk I’m here. I’m always here.”
Smiling at her, I nod. “Thank you, that means a lot.”

I smile and place out my hand for her to shake. “Steel. People call me Steel.”
She tenses suddenly, taking in her surroundings and looking down at my cut. Her eyes widen and then she looks over to the bikes all parked across the road.
“Oh, you’re a…”
“Biker?” I ask wondering why she couldn’t say it.
“Yeah.”
“Is that a problem?”
She shakes her head, taking a step back from me and her face hardens.
I know that look.
It’s fear.
I exhale and take a step closer to her. “Look, yes, I’m a biker. Does that mean I’m a pig? Yes, sometimes. Does it mean I’m goin’ to rape, pillage, and murder you? No. Willow, was it?” She slowly nods her head. “I won’t hurt you. So stop lookin’ at me like I’m goin’ to steal your innocence… I’ll only do that if you want me to.” I grin wickedly at her and her eyes grow huge as she bites down on her bottom lip trying to fight the smile that’s now forming. “Now show me this gate so I can fix it for you and stop you from bein’ sued. Hey?”
She merely nods and looks down at Jackson, who’s playing with her hair.
“He’s goin’ to steal your innocence, Miss Willow,” Jackson says and I burst out laughing as she gasps shaking her head.
“Oh my Jackson, you really say the silliest things.”

Holy crap that ending... i need more!!! This is my first K.E. Osborn book and I can say for a fact I will be reading more. This is an MC read like none other.. yes it has bad @$$, sexy, scary bikers but it doesnt make you feel like you have read this story line in any other MC book!!

The ending gutted me... Why.... that is all i can say without giving something away about this book. This book had me from page one all the way to the end. I could not put it down. Its gritty, raw, will pull emotions out of you that you wouldn't think you would feel while reading an MC book. You not only fall in love with the main characters but the secondary characters too and I for one cannot wait to read more about the Savage's.
