This was an amazing but emotional roller coaster ride kind of story. That I absolutely fell in love with. I'm always a little leery when reading a book that does the flashback of the past but this one man did it all flow. We have the current Lori at the age of 18 and get flashbacks of all that she endured when she was 14. While getting the full backstory of Lori my heart broke. Just when Lori thinks things are going good in her life well life has other plans for her. She thinks its karma and being the girl who thinks that she is not worthy of love and has low self esteem when everything comes crashing at her feet will she ever get over all that shes been through? Was she ever meant to find love or to be loved by another person.
